  1. A 15 hour cancellation notice is required for all classes and must be done through the online system NO EXCEPTIONS. If your cancellation is less than 15 hours prior to the class, you will be charged a fee of $12. If you are a “no show” or cancellation happens less than 4 hours to the class, you will be charged $15. In both cases, a charge will be made to your credit card on file. In addition to the late fee, you will forfeit the class. Package members will forfeit the class if they late cancel or do not show up.
  2. To purchase a package or to check class time and availability just click on the Sign Up for Classes tab and create an account online.
  3. A valid credit card, phone number and email address is required to book a class.
  4. All Memberships and contracts will automatically renew each month by electronic funds transfer for the duration of the contract. Early termination may apply to contracts. All contracts will continue to renew monthly at their current rate, after the term of the contract. To cancel the membership, simply send an email to info@sealbeachpilates.com 30 days prior to the original date of purchase.
  5. All monthly unlimited memberships are active from date of purchase.
  6. All packages are active from first booked class.
  7. All sales are final and non-transferable.
  8. Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.
  9. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  10. Gift Certificates available.
  11. Classes are subject to change.
  12. Grip socks are required and available for purchase at the studio. In order to preserve the quality and life of the reformers, we humbly ask clients not to wear clothing with zippers, buckles, medically necessary aids or large jewelry during classes.
  13. All packages are done by auto debit and will continue to auto renew.
    Please give a 30 day written notice to discontinue auto debit, after the 4 month commitment.
    Any early termination will be charged a early termination fee of $150
    All unlimited memberships allow 1 Pilates class per day.
  14. Groupon purchases may be used 1 time per customer. If you are late cancel/no show, you will lose that class and also be charged the late cancellation fee.
