Whether you’re a newbie to the pilates world or an athlete looking to rehab an injury, we offer a variety of classes and modalities to fit your needs. Our teachers are all certified Pilates instructors. Our motto is that pilates is and should be for everyone and we have crafted our class offerings to reflect this.

OUR CLASSES
COMING SOON! Our contemporary Pilates mat classes combine classical Pilates exercises with contemporary movements and props. This class is great for all levels and no pilates experience is necessary. You will tone, stretch, sculpt and strengthen in this 50 minute class. All six pilates principles will be incorporated into each class: Breathing, Centering, Concentration, Control, Flow, and Precision. It will change the way you look and feel.
Reclaim your grace! Barre is designed to sculpt legs, arms and the derriere. This class offers a sexy, energetic workout that fuses fitness techniques from dance. No dance experience needed.
